The JWH family is a group of diverse building operations and subsidiaries targeting selected market segments. Each operation is driven by its own Vision and Mission Statement and Business Plan to underpin its direction. All run as  separate profit centres. General Managers report directly to the Managing Director. JWH Group Pty Ltd supply the accounting, treasury and IT resources to the majority of the organisation.

The organisations are contained to a size where tactical and objective management provides the direction encapsulated within the JWH Group vision.
