1. Training and development programs
The JWH Group have established a partnership with a registered training organisation to deliver a workplace based training program. The training programs provide employees with the opportunity to work towards nationally recognised qualifications that are Certificate IV level or higher.
The courses are offered in a range of areas including Contract Administration, Site Management, Building, Work Health and Safety and Scheduling and Estimating.
This initiative gives employees the opportunity of gaining a qualification whilst doing their job, by training employees on the job and recognising those skills that they have already acquired. It also opens the door to potentially gain qualifications in other areas if employees are interested in working in another discipline or moving to a different role
2. Staff development camps & strategy planning sessions
The JWH Group has had some awesome staff development camps and seminars over the years across the various brands. These are a great opportunity for staff from various regions to come together and expand their knowledge in various areas of the brand.
