The Oswald staff displayed an excellent example of teamwork when they moved their office from one location to another.
It was a mammoth effort for everyone involved. The whole team worked together, lifting, lugging, dismantling desks; computers, boxes and chairs, tile samples, colour boards and a huge boardroom table.
Nothing like the complexities of putting desks and cabinetry back together to instill a sense of teamwork amongst Supers/Sales Reps and New Homes Administrator’s! It really was a team effort with every Drafty, Sales Rep, the General Manager, NHA’s and Supervisors really pitching in to get the job done!
In the process of this move, I think as a team we have grown and become a much tighter group of people, with a greater understanding of each other.
