Alicia ‘officially’ first joined the Group in November 2009 as a Management Accountant in the Plunkett Homes division, however she has been involved in the business from a young age; from walking through display homes on weekends to coming in on school holidays to assist with filing and archiving.
In May 2011, Alicia moved to the Group’s Head Office and took on Management Accounting responsibilities for a couple of the divisions before being appointed to the role of Corporate Services Manager in March 2013, and later General Manager Administration. Alicia is a member of the Executive Group and is involved in determining the strategic direction of the company, with particular focus on the Information Technology, Construction, and Administrative parts of the business.
Before starting her career with KPMG in 2006, Alicia graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws/Commerce in 2005 majoring in Corporate Finance and Accounting. After 3 years working at KPMG, Alicia went backpacking for 8 months around South America and Europe before joining the Group in late 2009. Alicia is qualified as a Chartered Accountant (2008) and a fellow of Leadership WA (2013). Alicia is passionate about being involved in the family business and loves spending time down south at the family farm with her husband and toddler, as well as keeping fit and spending time with friends and family.
